Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation Review

11 November 2013

I've seen quite a lot about this foundation floating around in the blogosphere so I thought I would give it a whirl for myself, the colour range is what drew me to this foundation. It has 10 different shades which is really good for a drugstore foundation and caters for very pale people-like me, to people with much darker skin tones. So it keeps everyone happy! Not only is the shade range amazing but the foundation actually adapts to your skin tone tot give you 'match perfection'

I got the lightest shade, as per usual. Which was 100- Ivory and i've found that its a perfect match for me so I was super happy with that as usually drug store foundations tend to be slightly dark for me. The application is really easy I use a buffing brush to lightly buff it in and it gives you a lovely natural fully blended finish.

You get a really lovely finish with the foundation, it isn't too matte and isn't too dewy is the perfect mix of the two. I would say its a medium coverage so only a little concealer is needed to cover any blemishes. I've also found the staying power is really good it lasted a good six-seven hours on me before I even thought about touching up.

Have you tried this yet, what did you think?
