Soap & Glory One Heck Of A Blot Review

02 November 2013

First off all, lets just droll over the packaging. As per usually Soap and Glory have hit the spot with there cute and retro packaging, oh and with the product too! Soap & Glory One Heck Of A Blot is a translucent mattifying powder which is used to mattify (obviously) any shiny patches on your face. So in my case my nose and forehead- like most others too.

With its translucent colour (well lack of colour) its fantastic for all skin tones! The product really helps to get rid of any unwanted shine you might have and makes your makeup last that little bit longer too. I also use this as a setting powder for  my concealer, as its colourless it doesn't add any extra coverage which means you don't get that cakey feel, at all. It just sets your makeup perfectly and leaves you shine free all day

The powder itself is so light when you touch it, or apply it to your face it practically disappears. The packaging has a little mirror which makes it super easy for you to do any little touch ups throughout the day. It also comes with a little puff to apply it with however I prefer to use my Real Techniqes duo fibre face brush. Its priced at £12 and worth every penny if you ask me!

Next on my list is the Kick Ass instant retouch powder, have any of you tried it?
