Urban Decay Loose Eye Pigment Reviews

01 November 2013

I was browsing through allbeauty last week and stumbled across these eyeshadow pigments from Urban Decay, as I've enjoyed using my naked pallet so much recently I thought I would give these a whirl, for £3.95 each I couldn't say no!

I think these are discontinued from Urban Decay which is why they were so cheap, but fantastic none the less. I picked up three shades Baked- a very shimmery gold, Shag- a shimmery bronze and X- which is yellow/gold with a slight shimmer.

(R-L: Baked, Shag, X. With no flash)

I personally think all shades are more suited for an evening look more so than a day time look, as they're quite dramatic. I've used all three shades in the crease of my eye using either Foxy or Tease from the Naked 2 pallet. Which looks really lovely and more subtle for the day time.

The product is very highly pigmented giving you a really strong colour and they are very  long wearing making it great for a night out. As you can see the product does come with a little brush, however I tend to use one of my own brushes because this one doesn't blend very well. However this does get out the right amount of product which means less mess than most pure pigments!

Overall for the price i'm really happy with these products, have you tried any pure pigments that you can recommend?
